Waiver & Release

WAIVER AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY
On-Water Sales Event · Friday Harbour · July 17–19

By this Waiver, I assume any risk, and take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury, death or damage to personal property associated with water test activities and events organized by DUHAMEL AND DEWAR and the VETTA brand.

I understand and confirm that by signing this WAIVER AND RELEASE I have given up considerable future legal rights. I have signed this Agreement freely, voluntarily, and under no duress. My typed signature below is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional WAIVER AND RELEASE of all liability to the full extent of the law. I am 18 years of age or older and mentally competent to enter into this waiver.

I further acknowledge that:
• I have been briefed on basic on-board safety and will follow all instructions given by Vetta staff and the boat captain at all times.
• I will wear a personal flotation device (PFD) when required and will remain seated while the vessel is in motion.
• I am not under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or any other substance that could impair my judgment or ability to follow safety instructions.
• I consent to photography and video captured during the event being used by Vetta and Duhamel & Dewar for marketing and social purposes.
